Chicken Wings/Buffalo Wings

Chicken Wings... Fry Daddy... Tons of flavor options

Meat, Celery and Low carb dressing... Ideal atkins-y meal.

I have been back low carbing to drop a few lbs and I have found my 15 dollar fry daddy to be one of the best purchases, for the money, I ever have made.

I have been making:

Buffalo wings - 2Tbsp of Hot Sauce. 2Tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar and 2Tbsp of unsalted butter as the sauce
&
Thai wings - 2 tbsp of no sugar Peanut butter, 2 Tbsp of rice wine venegar, drizzle of sesame oil and red thai curry to taste

Anybody have some suggestions?

    yes...

    i take pork rinds...either regular flavor OR the bbq ones..sprinkle chicken with a slight bit of parmesan cheese, dip them in some whisked egg, dip into crushed up pork rinds....fry in some olive oil...and bam....fried chicken full of protein without the carbs and flour of traditional tried chicken
