Hello.
Sorry if this has been asked a billion times! I started Induction last week but Im not sure if Im doing it properly.
Are you supposed to count the carbs in the Veggie allowances or are you just supposed to count carbs in everything else you want to eat?

Sat, November 29, 2008 - 3:00 AMDuring induction you can have X amount of salad vegetables and X amount of other vegetables. - your daily veggie allowance. -

Probably need a refresher, anyways. :-)

Tue, January 27, 2009 - 9:55 PMYour veggie carbs count toward your total carb intake. The recommended amount of veggies should keep you right about 20 carbs.

20 carbs. most of those carbs shoudl be coming from vegetables..watch veggies though, veggies liek corn or pea's are no no's.
