My sister just sent me this (ironic, because we were just saying we need more foodies on another thread this morning). I haven't tried it, but she says its' good! And hey, it's got chocolate in it, so there ya go.

3 minute flourless chocolate "cake"

1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
about 3-4 packets of splenda
1 tablespoon softened butter
1 tsp baking powder ( I left this out and it was fine)

Butter a small bowl. Add egg and beat with a fork. Mix everything else in. Microwave n high for 30-60 seconds or until it puffs up and no longer looks wet in the center. :-9
